Description: Talk-A-Bot offers internal (for communication within companies, i.e. queries more specific/ predictable) & external (for communication with clients; queries more complex) chatbots. The Budapest-startup was founded in 2016 by Akos Deliaga (CEO), Peter Fehervari (CTO), Peter Harcsa (CRO) & Gergely Kalydi (COO). The service is used by clients such as UniCredit Bank Hungary, Erste Bank Hungary, Bosch, Nestle, Rossmann, Auchan, Burger King & currently available in ten European & Asian languages. In terms of competitors, Talk-A-Bot claims its chatbots target the physical workers in manufacturing & service sectors (vs. retail & hospitality). What about ChatGPT? The CEO believes ChatGPT “doesn’t prioritize consistency of results (for now) & that hence, corporate, niche-specific solutions, custom-build according to the client company’s individual requirements remain necessary”.
